Description
Nuvvula/Sesame Laddu is made by dry-roasting sesame seeds (white or black), melting jaggery to a soft-ball consistency, and quickly mixing them together before shaping into laddus with ghee-greased palms. The result is a naturally sweet, nutty laddu with gentle notes of cardamom and a rustic, homemade charm. Often called Til Laddu or Nuvvula Undalu, it’s loved across Telugu homes for its simplicity, purity, and nostalgic flavor.
