1. Shipping Coverage
We deliver across India, subject to address availability. For supported international destinations, checkout shows an estimated shipping charge based on destination and packed weight, up to 100kg of products plus packing. International delivery remains subject to courier acceptance and destination requirements. International shipping is always charged separately, regardless of order value or display currency. Estimates are not live courier quotations. Import duties and destination taxes, if any, are not included. The complete checkout amount is shown in the delivery country’s currency before payment.
3. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Since our products are handcrafted, some items may require additional preparation time. You will be notified via email or WhatsApp if there is any delay.
4. Delivery Timeline
Estimated domestic delivery times after dispatch:
- Metro cities (Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi): 2–3 business days
- Tier-2 cities: 3–5 business days
- Remote areas: 5–7 business days
International delivery times vary by courier, destination and customs clearance; contact us for an estimate. These are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary due to courier partner operations, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also reach out to us at contact@chittammaruchulu.com or WhatsApp us at +91 78429 24883 with your order ID for a status update.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it with your order ID and photos. If it has not arrived by the expected delivery date, contact us so we can investigate with the courier. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as applicable.
7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct at the time of placing the order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
